• Pre-orders are open for a limited window of time, always clearly stated.

• Once the pre-order window closes, items are produced within 2 weeks.

• After production, orders are shipped within 5 business days.

• Instructions and shipping details are sent via email with the order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to accept or decline pre-orders from outside the EU. Any customs fees or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• Tracking information is sent once the order is confirmed.
