Refund policy

 

Our pieces are made to order. Pre-orders are open only for a limited window of time, and once that window closes, each item is produced specifically for the customer who ordered it.

Because every piece is created ad hoc and production begins after the pre-order window ends, all sales are final. This means we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.

Damages & defects

Quality matters. Every item is inspected by us before shipping.
If something slips through and your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us immediately at support@ultimatelyalone.com with photos and your order details.
In those cases, we’ll take responsibility and either remake the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

No exchanges

Since all pieces are produced specifically for each customer after the pre-order period, we cannot offer size or color exchanges.

Order issues

If you believe there’s been a mistake or an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll sort it out. We read every message and handle each case with care.
