How can I place a preorder?
When a preorder window is open, all information and instructions are displayed directly in the forms on the website.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your request is approved.

How long do preorder windows stay open?
It varies from drop to drop.
Dates are always announced on through newsletter and social channels.

How long does it take to get my order?
Production takes about 2 weeks from the closing date of the preorder window. Orders are shipped within 5 business days after production is completed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
All preorders are manually confirmed via email.
For orders outside the EU, we reserve the right to accept or decline the preorder based on feasibility and shipping constraints.
Any customs duties or additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.
