Hi there, we’re Silvia and Antonio, the co-founders of Ultimately Alone. We’d like to share a bit about our journey, so if you're interested, feel free to stick around.

We’re basically two dreamers from Naples who, in 2024, decided to leave our corporate lives behind in Milan.

Silvia was working as an interior designer for an architectural studio, and Antonio as a consultant in luxury fashion. Day by day, we realized our creativity and vision were being stifled, and we felt the need to create something that was truly ours and meaningful.

We knew how we wanted to feel and the lifestyle we wanted to live, but we weren’t exactly sure how to structure our new business. We brainstormed a lot and came up with countless ideas, until we stumbled upon the Japanese concept of Ikigai (the intersection of passion, mission, profession, and vocation), which inspired us to start Ultimately Alone.

With no prior entrepreneurial experience, limited resources, and a lot of determination, we ended up back in Naples, jumping headfirst into a whole new adventure. Ultimately Alone was officially born on April 16, 2024.

As a bootstrapped business that didn’t invest in specialized staff at the beginning, we needed to develop new skills and navigate through things we’d never faced before. Today, Antonio focuses mainly on the business side of things, such as management, strategy, and financial aspects, while Silvia handles everything related to design, creative direction, and production. However, we both work together daily to handle everything, from operations to refining the style we want to present to you, and what you experience is the perfect blend of our two personalities combined.

The name "Ultimately Alone" comes from the feeling of solitude that many of us experience when we don’t quite fit in. It’s about transforming that feeling into a strength and expressing it through personal style. It’s a statement: I choose to stand alone and proudly embrace my uniqueness.

Our mascot reflects this philosophy perfectly. With a calm, blissful expression, smoking cigar, and subtle but striking styling details (like the diamonds earrings), it shows that you don’t need to overdo it to stand out. That’s exactly the style we want to embody: low-key yet impactful, focusing on details that quietly catch attention and leave people intrigued without even realizing why.

We take inspiration from the best style icons and turn those ideas into real, wearable pieces. Our goal is to bridge the gap between inspiration and reality, making it simple for you to bring those looks to life.

We carefully select the best finds from our thrift trips around the world and collaborate with trusted suppliers to offer rare, high-quality pieces. Since our inventory is limited, we also share online recommendations (even if we don’t make a profit from it) because helping our community always comes first.

We dream of becoming the go-to marketplace for OG streetwear lovers to effortlessly discover rare, unique, and timeless pieces. But we don’t want to stop there. We aim to build a true hub for this culture - a space where our community can connect, share ideas, and grow together.

This vision isn’t limited to the digital world. We are planning to host exclusive live events and collaborations, bringing our community together in person to celebrate this culture.
